A mixed-use development including retail, office, and residential in the established suburb of Richmond.
A mixed-use development including retail, office, and residential in the established suburb of Richmond. The retail precinct includes a Coles supermarket, Vintage Cellars, food, and beverage as well as specialty retailers. The 368 residential apartments are proposed within five individual buildings, four of which sit on top of the retail podium. We completed the supply, installation testing, and commissioning of the complete electrical and ITS system.
