As part of the MEL07 data centre development, we successfully delivered the full electrical fit out of COLO 4 and COLO 5, two high density data halls each rated at 9.6 MW. The works were undertaken in a live, programme critical environment, requiring a strong focus on safety, coordination, and buildability.
Prime completed the supply, installation, testing, commissioning of the complete electrical and ITS system at Mel07 Including:

- Electrical fit out of COLO 4 and COLO 5 data halls (2 × 9.6 MW)
- Installation of owner supplied equipment:
- Main Switchboards (MSBs)
- Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
- Automatic Transfer Switches (ATSs)
- Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPSs)
- Supply and installation of electrical infrastructure, including:
- Cable containment systems
- Copper submains
- Testing and commissioning of all electrical systems:
- Level 1 through to Level 5

This project demonstrates capability in delivering large scale, high density data centre electrical infrastructure, including critical power systems, high cable volumes, and full end to end commissioning.
