The technical scope
The 17,500sqm office space will be the new home for 2,500 Medibank employees and will be a place for concentration, collaboration and connection. The building will feature interconnecting floors with tiered voids, greenspaces and natural light, a Sky Garde, a rooftop basketball court, external terraces and a wellness offering.
