CSL Hawara is the second stage of development on the Northern end of Elizabeth St consisting of 55,000m2 GFA. This building will be the future headquarters of global biotech company CSL Limited.
The new building will be home to over 800 employees and leading-edge biotechnology laboratories. CSL’s headquarters will fully occupy 35,000sqm of the 18-storey flagship building in the Parkville precinct which will include both lab space and clinical production suites.

Prime has sourced all material in line with specific bio-medical requirements to limit transfer between zones in PC2 environments and to allow for proper installation, sealing, and ease of cleaning post-completion.
