AWS 064 Buidling B

Prime is delivering the electrical scope for AWS MEL063 – Building B, a significantly larger and more complex facility within the same hyperscale data centre campus. Building B incorporates expanded administration areas, additional IT rooms, and increased infrastructure density, requiring detailed planning and robust delivery strategies.
Scope of Works:

– Electrical fit out of multi level administration and IT spaces
– Incoming LV power from transformers and standby generation
– Installation of owner furnished equipment, including critical distribution assets
– Extensive multi tier cable containment systems with security requirements
– Busduct, copper submains, and distribution boards supporting critical loads
– Electrical works to associated external buildings and support infrastructure
– Full AWS testing and commissioning from Level 1 through Level 5

The works will be delivered in a high security AWS environment, requiring controlled access, enhanced documentation management, and precise coordination with multiple stakeholders. The project demonstrates Prime’s capability to scale delivery resources, manage complex containment and distribution systems, and execute AWS compliant commissioning on large format data centre projects.
